What is All Stars Cricket?
All Stars Cricket is an 8-week long programme that is designed to introduce children to the sport of cricket, teach them new skills, help them make new friends and have lots of fun whilst doing so!
Who is it for?
All children aged 5-8 years old. This is a great introduction to the game of cricket and so no previous experience or knowledge is required to take part- that’s true for parents too who are encouraged to take part too.
All Stars is fully inclusive and designed to support a wide range of abilities, disabilities and different learning needs. If you have any questions about the accessibility of a session then please reach out using the contact details available below.
How can we get involved?
All Stars Cricket typically runs May-September and is delivered by Clubs and their volunteers or by Middlesex in the Community directly. There will be a number of Clubs and Centres running across the County during this time frame and so you’re sure to find one near you.
If you’re still deciding if this is the right programme for you, every child that registers will receive a personalised t-shirt, bat, ball and backpack to make sure they have everything they need to fall in love with the game of cricket.
To find your nearest session and sign up/register interest please go to the ECB website here England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) - The Official Website of the ECB.
What is Dynamos Cricket?
Dynamos Cricket is a fantastic next step for any child that graduates from an All Stars Cricket programme whilst also catering for 8-11 year olds who are new to the sport. Over 8 weeks, children will have the opportunity to develop the fundamental skills required to play cricket in a social and fun setting.
Who is it for?
All children aged 8-11 years old. If you’re graduating from All Stars, already part of a Junior Cricket set up or if you are brand new to the sport, Dynamos offers a safe space to play and learn together- parents too!
Dynamos is fully inclusive and designed to support a wide range of abilities, disabilities and different learning needs. If you have any questions about the accessibility of a session then please reach out using the contact details available below.

"For Twickenham CC, All Stars is the very first step into the world of cricket. It's fast, it's furious, it's chaotic. And it's absolutely essential to helping youngsters fall in love with the game." - Dan, Twickenham CC
“We’ve been running All Stars at Actonians since 2017 and during that time we have managed to widen not only our membership base but also introduce parents into our coaching community; a number of which have completed Level 2 coaching courses and are now running junior teams."
Feedback from a 2025 participant: It has been such good fun getting involved and watching my child progress with his cricket skills. Thank you to you and all of the staff that have made every session so fun and engaging!” - Clifford, Actonians CC.
“We became an accredited Cricket Club after running our first Girls & Mums Dynamos Programme in 2021. These programmes are the main sources of our new intake into junior cricket each year. Winter programmes ensure continuity and the 8 weeks of active & participative fun renews our connections with our local schools and community.” - Bharath, Cannons CC.
